Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the biotechnology and may be used in the microbiologic industry for lipolytic ferments preparation.Summary of the invention consists in extraction of the Pseudomonas sp. 1bacteria strain which may be used as a biologic active materials source.The strain is deposed in the National Collection of Microorganisms of the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova, No CNM-PsB-01.The result of the invention consists in the high extracellular lipolytic activity. Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie şi poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea enzimelor lipolitice.Esenţa invenţiei constă în izolarea tulpinii de bacterii Pseudomonas sp.1, care poate fi utilizată ca sursă de substanţe biologic active.Tulpina se păstrează în Colecţia Naţională de Microorganisme a Institutului de Microbiologie al Academiei de Ştiinţe a Republicii Moldova sub numărul CNM-PsB-01.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în activitatea lipolitică extracelulară înaltă. Изобретение относится к биотехнологии и может быть использовано в микробиологической промышленности для получения липолитических ферментов.Сущность изобретения состоит в выделении штамма бактерий Pseudomonas sp.1, который может быть использован как источник биологически активных веществ.Штамм хранится в Национальной Коллекции Микроорганизмов Института Микробиологии Академии Наук Республики Молдова под номером CNM-PsB-01.Результатом изобретения является высокая внеклеточная липолитическая активность.
