Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special ma oncologie şi poate fi utilizată în tratamentul cancerului multicentric al glandei mamare.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea, că se efectuează 3 cure de tratament polichimioterapeutic cu un interval de 28 de zile şi anume Ciclofosfamidă 600 mg/m2, Doxorubicină 30 mg/m2 şi 5-Fluorouracil 500 mg/m2,care se administreazăla 1 şi a 8 zi, apoi se administrează intramuscular soluţie de 0,005 % de imunofan 1 ml, timp de 5 zile, după 21 de zile se efectuează radioterapia cu doza sumară de 44 Gy, câte 2 Gy la şedinţă, după care repetat se administrează intramuscular soluţie de 0,005 % de imunofan 1 ml, până la intervenţia chirurgicală se recoltează 200 ml de sânge de la pacient şi se centrifughează, după care într-un recipient se amestecă 10 ml de plasmă şi 10 mg de Metotrexat, iar în alt recipient se amestecă 10 ml de plasmă, 10 ml de amestec de elemente figurate ale sângelui şi 30 mg de Doxorubicină, apoi ambele amestecuri se incubează la temperatura de 37°C, timp de 40 min, în timpul intervenţiei chirur
