Invenţia se referă la industria constructoare de maşini, şi anume la construcţia de motoare şi poate fi utilizată la producerea motoarelor cu ardere internă şi motoarelor Stirling.Mecanismul de acţionare a motorului include un motor-generator cu un rotor (3), fixat prin calare pe un arbore (4), care comunică cu motor-generatorul, totodată pe rotorul (3) este fixat un volant (2), pe care prin intermediul unui deget (1) sunt fixate nişte tije de conectare cu un capăt, axa de fixare a cărora este deplasată de la centru, iar capetele opuse ale tijelor sunt fixate de nişte pistoane ale unor cilindri, care sunt amplasaţi sub un unghi de 90°.
