Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a vehicle seat element (1) provided with a cover (5), and to a method for manufacturing such a vehicle seat element (1). The vehicle seat element (1) comprises a support body (3) and a cover (5) provided with a lining (7), wherein the lining comprises one or more lining elements (7a, 7b, 7c; 107), and wherein at least one of said lining elements includes a joining portion (9a, 9b, 9c; 109a, 109b, 109c), to be attached to the cover, and a connecting flap (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d; 111a, 111b), through which flap(s) the lining is connected to the support body. According to the invention, a vehicle seat element (1) provided with a cover can be manufactured in an easy and cost-effective way. The invention can be advantageously applied to the manufacturing of a vehicle seat element provided with a seamless cover.
