Zusammenfassung:	Provided are methods of subcutaneous administration of anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab. Also provided are methods for the treatment of autoimmune diseases with subcutaneously administered anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies. A corticosteroid is optionally administered prior to subcutaneous administration of the anti-CD38 antibody to prevent and/or reduce systemic injection related side effects.
