Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to hermetic cryogenic vacuum chambers for the inspection of elements of space equipment under conditions of low temperature and favourable environment. A hermetic cryogenic vacuum chamber comprises a housing (2) with a nitrogen chamber (10) arranged therein, within which a hermetically-sealed chamber (11) with a controlled environment and temperature is arranged. The nitrogen jacket of the nitrogen chamber (10) comprising liquefied nitrogen supplied through the conduit (13a) of the nitrogen system (13) protects the inner wall of the nitrogen chamber (10) from the impact of thermal radiation. The hermetically-sealed chamber (11) is provided with conduits - coils (14; 15), which tightly enclose the outer housing (10a) of the nitrogen chamber (10) and through which air-gas mixture with the desirable parameters is supplied or drawn away respectively in order to provide the favourable environment. A stage (9) is provided with a heat pipeline (9a) drawing the heat away from the test sample in order to control the temperature mode in the hermetically-sealed chamber (11). A certain level of rarefaction in the cavities of the basic elements is achieved through an air pipeline (6) being connected to a vacuum valve (7) and a turbomolecular pump (8).
Izgudrojums attiecas uz hermētiskām kriogēnām vakuumkamerām kosmosa tehnikas elementu pārbaudei zemas temperatūras un vēlamas vides apstākļos. Hermētiskā kriogēnā vakuumkamera satur korpusu (2) ar tajā izvietotu slāpekļa kameru (10), kuras iekšpusē atrodas hermētiski noslēgta kamera (11) ar kontrolētu vidi un temperatūru. Slāpekļa kameras (10) slāpekļa apvalks, kas satur sašķidrinātu slāpekli, ko pievada pa slāpekļa sistēmas (13) cauruļvadu (13a), pasargā slāpekļa kameras (10) iekšējo sienu no termiskā starojuma ietekmes. Vēlamās vides nodrošināšanai hermētiski noslēgtā kamera (11) ir aprīkota ar cauruļvadiem - glodenēm (14; 15), kas cieši aptver slāpekļa kameras (10) ārējo korpusu (10a), un pa kurām attiecīgi ir pievadīts un aizvadīts gaisa-gāzu maisījums ar vēlamiem fizikāliem parametriem. Temperatūras režīma kontrolei hermētiski noslēgtajā kamerā (11), priekšmetgaldiņš (9) ir aprīkots ar siltumvadu (9a), kas aizvada siltumu prom no pētāmā parauga. Noteikts retinājuma līmenis vakuumkameras pamatelementu dobumos ir panākts ar gaisa vada (6) palīdzību, tam esot savienojumā ar vakuumvārstu (7) un turbomolekulāro sūkni (8). |
