Zusammenfassung:	Invention relates to structure of recombinant hepatitis B virus (HBV) vaccine prototype. Vaccine prototype is formed as one virus-like HBc-preS1 particle by combining core antigen (HBc) and preS1 part of the surface antigen (HBs). Prophylactic properties of the vaccine are provided by virus-neutralizing epitopes localized on the surface of HBc formed capsids, and therapeutic effect - by the HBc with its T-cell epitopes.
