Zusammenfassung:The invention refers to electrical engineering and can be applied in power electronics. Its objective is to increase the efficiency of a MOSFET driver. MOSFET driver contains control block (1), capacitor (2), two fully controllable switches (3 and 5) with one resistor (6) and two DC voltage sources (7 and 8). The distinctive properties of the proposed topology are defined by the capacitor (2) connected between the control block (1) and fully controllable switch (5). The one end of the resistor (6) is connected between the capacitor (2) and fully controllable switch (5), but the other end of the resistor (6) is connected to the negative terminal of DC voltage source (7) and the negative terminal of fully controllable switch (5). In the first cycle a pulse is formed for fully controllable switch (3), therefore enabling to turn on fully controllable transistor switch (4) by applying the positive voltage between the gate and the source of fully controllable transistor switch (4). After the first pulse, another pulse is formed for fully controllable switch (5), therefore enabling to turn off fully controllable transistor switch (4) by applying the negative voltage between the gate and the source of fully controllable transistor switch (4). The connection of the capacitor (2) and the resistor (6) enables to establish a short time of the second cycle pulse and therefore decreasing the time when fully controllable switch (5) is turned on. After the second cycle the operational cycle of the driver is repeated. Izgudrojums attiecas uz elektrotehniku un to var pielietot energoelektronikā. Tā mērķis ir uzlabot izolētā aizvara lauktranzistora draivera lietderības koeficientu. Piedāvātais izolētā aizvara lauktranzistora draiveris (1.zīm.) satur vadības signālu ģeneratoru (1), kondensatoru (2), divus vadāmos slēdžus (3 un 5), rezistoru (6) un divus līdzstrāvas avotus (7 un 8). Izgudrojums ir raksturīgs ar to, ka starp vadāmā tranzistora slēdža (4) aizvaru un vadības signālu ģeneratora (1) divām izejām attiecīgi ir ieslēgti minētie vadības slēdži (3 un 5), no kuriem slēdzis (5) ir pieslēgts caur kondensatoru (2), bet kondensatora (2) pieslēguma punkts vadības slēdzim (5) caur rezistoru (6) ir pievienots līdzsprieguma barošanas avota (7) negatīvajam polam.
