Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to hepatology and concerns the way to predict development of disease in case of chronic viral hepatitis C. A method provides for determining body mass index (BMI) of a patient, establishment of genotype of hepatitis C virus (HCV genotype) and a level of histological activity index (HAI) and calculation of the sum of I - regression (z) equation and II - the prognosis of recovery (p) equation relationship. Izgudrojums attiecas uz hepatoloģiju un ir saistīts ar slimības norises prognozēšanas paņēmieniem hroniska C vīrushepatīta gadījumos. Tiek piedāvāta metode, kurā nosaka pacienta ķermeņa masas indeksu (ĶMI), C hepatīta vīrusa genotipu (HCV genotips), aknu audu iekaisuma histoloģiskās aktivitātes indeksu (HAI) un aprēķina I - regresijas (z) vienādojuma summu un II - izārstēšanās prognozes (p) vienādojuma attiecību.
