Zusammenfassung: | An invention refers to biotechnology, particularly to cell technologies.There is worked out a technique to create spatially ordered homogeneous cell structures using viable adult cells. Cell suspension is formed in gel, cells are labeled with magnetic nanoparticles; template of given shape is formed on biopolymer, using ferromagnetic substances; template is placed in gel with cells; gel with cells and template is placed in container; container is placed into homogenous magnetic field, preferably inside the solenoid coil of superconducting magnet.
Izgudrojums attiecas uz biotehnoloģijas jomu, konkrēti uz šūnu tehnoloģijām.Izstrādāts telpiski sakārtotas šūnu struktūras izveidošanas paņēmiens no dzīvotspējīgām pieauguša cilvēka šūnām. Gelā formē šūnu suspensiju, šūnas iezīmē ar magnētiskām nanodaļiņām, uz biopolimēra izveido iepriekš noteiktas formas šablonu no feromagnētiķa, šablonu ievieto konteinerā, konteineru izvieto viendabīgā magnētiskā laukā, galvenokārt supravadoša magnēta solenoīda spoles iekšienē. |
