Terapeitiska nikotīnskābes kombinācija, kurai ir paaugstināta aktivitāte trombocītu salipšanas un/vai trombu veidošanās profilaksē, pēc būtības sastāvoša no iedarbīga daudzuma nikotīnskābes vai tās farmaceitiski pieņemama sāls un iedarbīga daudzuma meldonija vai tā farmaceitiski pieņemama sāls.
