Zusammenfassung: | There is offered a water meter (1) with improved effectiveness of protection from the impact of external magnetic fields, which comprises: a body (1) with the inlet (2) and outlet (3) conduits (fittings) for the water flowing; working turbine wheel (4), magnetic coupling, which consists of two parts: drive half-coupling (5) connected with working turbine wheel, and driven half-coupling (6) connected with the dial mechanism of the water meter (7). The core elements of the drive and driven half-couplings are the magnetic mechanisms with permanent magnets (8 and 9). The magnetic system of the drive half-coupling is located in the ring ferromagnetic magnetic conductor (10). The drive half-coupling (5) concentrically encompasses the driven half-coupling (6). The cylindrical section (11) of the mentioned pressure bulkhead (12) is arranged between the two half-couplings in the air gap. If the water meter is located in external magnetic field of permanent magnets placed outside, the external magnetic flow is shut off between two magnetic fields established by the ring magnetic conductor of the external half-coupling therethrough, blocking the influence of external field on the work of driven half-coupling connected with the dial mechanism of water meter. Therefore the ring magnetic conductor is playing the role of the a magnetic screen, which improves the protection effectiveness from the external magnetic fields.
