The detection unit of the nearest train on the route and the transmitting antenna of the control center, and the outputs of the distance detector to the nearest train on the route, and the movement direction detector of the nearest train on the route are connected with the regular braking program unit, the emergency braking program unit connected to information forming block with the output connected to train's transmitting antenna, which is connected using wireless communication with the antennas of the nearest train and the control centre, where the last is providing information to the control centre database, from which the information is transmitted to the detector of the nearest train on the route, from where via transmitting antenna of the control center it is sent to the train's receiving antenna, which is passing the received information to the information reception unit of the train, which transmits the data to the distance detector to the nearest train on the route and the movement direction detector of the nearest train on the route.
