Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the semiconductor devices executed in the form of panels converting the solar energy into the electrical one. The aim of the invention is to simplify the design of the converter and improve its efficiency at conversion of solar energy. In Fig.1 a device for automatic cleaning of solar panels is shown in which the leads of semiconductor elements (1) with internal resistance (2) are connected to load (3), whereas control block (4) is connected with photo-receiver (5) and mechanism (6) for cleaning the surface of a solar panel. Into the circuit of load (3) the current meter (7) is switched, with control block (4) connected to the leads of semiconductor elements (1) and current meter (7). It is advisable that the photo-receiver (5) be fitted with protective diaphragm (8) whose drive is connected with control block (4).
