The method provides for the oral use of selenium 200 mcg per day during 5-6 months in addition to therapy by beta-mimetics and corticosteroids. Izgudrojums attiecas uz medicīnu, konkrēti, uz hroniski iekaisīgu elpošanas ceļu patoloģijas ārstēšanu, īpaši bronhu necaurlaidības (obstrukcijas) gadījumā.Izgudrojums apraksta metodi bronhu caurlaidības atjaunošanai ilgstošas rezistentas obstrukcijas gadījumā. Metode ietver beta-agonistu un kortikosteroīdu lietošanu, kuriem papildus tiek lietoti 200 mkg selēna dienā (iekšķīgi) 5-6 mēnešus ilgi.
