Zusammenfassung:Innovation relates to forecasting development of Systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) for children and newborns in 2-4 days after infection was detected. Method includes DNA amplification with PCR and HLA-II class alleles' haplotypes determination in agarose gel with determining one of three defined allele's combinations. If one of the combinations is determined, then it is possible to forecast organism inclination for SIRS development in 2-4 days.
