Zusammenfassung: | The invention considers the method of measuring technique, specifically, for measuring shaft transferred power by means of multiplication of shaft torsion moment and rotational speed both gauged during operation. The purpose is to increase measurement accuracy. According the proposed technique (Fig.1) shaft 2 deformation data is provided by immovable adapters 3 and 4 installed in non-rotary housing 1. At least two adapters 3 and 4, being installed in housing 1, are in non-mechanical union, e.g. either electronically or optical, with relevantly to them aligned and fixed marks 6 and 7 on top of a shaft in way of longitudinal axis (Fig.2). Generated impulse signal 8 and 9 is transmitted to recording device 5 by adapters 3 and 4. The recording device 5 determines both time T and its deviation between whatever impulses 8 and 9 of either forward or back front, shaft rotation speed ?, tangential stresses ? in the shaft and shaft transferred power P. |
