The aim of the invention is the development of the stimulating preparation of the shooting cuttings that after the planting in the non-sterile soil would simultaneously increase also the adaptation abilities of trees, bushes, fruit-trees, and other cultivated plants. The aim is reached by developing the preparation in the content of which are a cellulose-lignin powder, resin acids, zinc microelements, copper microelements, manganese microelements, folic acid, lysine, vitamin P, terpenes and polyprenols.
