Zusammenfassung:	Invention pertains to medical devices and particularly to needle holders used in making knots and sewing especially in cases of sewing deep tissues during endoscopic surgery. The needle holder has a jaw (7) to which narrow, curved tongue (10) is rigidly angularly attached. The free end of the tongue (10) is directed away from the riffle surface (9) of the jaw (7). The tongue (10) moves together with the jaw (7). The stem (5) has a groove (13). When the jaw (7) is in closed position the tongue (10) fits into the groove (13) of the stem (5). The tongue (10) is attached at angle of 25-300 and at the midpoint is curved in angle 145-1550.
