PRODUCTION OF ETHANOL AND FEEDSTUFFS

This invention belongs to ethanol industry as well as to processing protein-feedstuffs. It is usable for production of ethanol from grains of grass cultures by simultaneously obtaining feedstuffs. The method for producing ethanol and feedstuffs contains grains-grinding, enzymatic hydrolysis thereof and making first-wort, its fermentation, distillation and separation of biomass with father drying for obtaining final feedstuff. Object matter of this invention is quality-improvement of feedstuff and increasing productivity of equipment. The aim is achieved by separation of biomass from wort before distillation thereof obtaining cleared wort. The separated biomass is dried together with ethanol contained therein. The cleared wort is distilled after separation of biomass obtaining ethanol and distillery dregs. The separated biomass is dried with heated up inert gas and finally dry feedstuff and vaporous water-ethanol are obtained.
