The method provides measuring level of IL-4 and IL-5 in blood serum of people whose cognates have atopic dermatitis. Detection of IL-4 level 1,5 times higher and IL-5 level 2 times higher among healthy cognates allows to predict a risk of atopic dermatitis among these cognates.
