Object matter of present invention is to obtain hard candies having biologically active properties of phyto-antibiotics and immunomodulators as well as good organoleptic properties: taste, flavour and long-term storage. The intention is achieved by addition of SILBIOL (extract from coniferous foliage), vitamins and microelements in definite weight-ratio to sweets-composition based on sugar, syrup and citric acid. |
