Zusammenfassung:	Invention pertains to a field of diagnosing infectious diseases and particularly to early diagnosing helminthism including trichinellosis. The method provides for a determination of activity of enzyme creatin kinase in blood serum. The activity is measured by spectrophotometric method at 340 nm. In cases when activity of the enzyme is not less than 360 u/l the trichinellosis is diagnosed. The method allows to diagnose trichinellosis within first 2 - 3 weeks of disease when a level of antibodies against T. spiralis in blood serum is not yet traceable.
