Zusammenfassung: | An invention relates to the field of control devices, and it is intended for accounting, control and management of heat energy in central district heating and heat supply systems. With aim to control and manage accounting of heat-transfer agent, as well as to increase accuracy and effectiveness of repayment for heat energy consumption, the offered method for heat energy accounting, provided with heat prepayment system which includes the measuring of heat-transfer agent's temperature, flow rate and heat consumption, is characterized in that there is connected by a functional relationship the heat energy consumption (demand) determined and information about repayment for heat delivered to supplier by consumer, said information being read-out by prepayment device from smart card and quantity of heat being controlled or decreased down to minimum, still the normal operating condition of heat supply system at the subzero temperature is ensured depending on the information read-out by prepayment device with regard to repayment of heat energy delivered to supplier by consumer. The offered equipment for heat energy accounting provided with prepayment system comprises a meter (1), consisting of flow rate sensor (2) and temperature sensor (3) connected to processor (4) to which output is connected an indicator (5). The prepayment device (7) is connected to the processor (4) via control and match unit (6). The prepayment device (7) contains the controlling processor (8) to which there are connected memory (9), time meter (10), indicator (11) and smart card output/input unit (12) in which the smart card (13) shall be set in that to read/write an information. The regulator (14) is connected to the control and matching unit (6). |
