Zusammenfassung: | The invention pertains to thermoplastic compositions usable for producing thermal shrinking materials. The compositions are characterised in that they may be formed from high-density polyethylene modified by ionising radiation and mixture of liquid crystals. Thermal shrinking materials being made on basis of that compositions have upgrading thermal stability. The mentioned quality of said materials allow to exploit those at the temperature to 200 0C. These materials have thermal shrinking-force upgraded of 50 to 60% in comparison with materials being made from pure high-density polyethylene modified by ionising radiation.
The invention applies to thermoplastic composites from which thermo-deposit materials can be produced. The composite is made from a mixture of high-density polyethylene and liquid crystals modified by radiation. Thermo-deposit materials created on the basis of this composition have an increased thermostability allowing to use them in temperatures up to 200 degrees C. Deposit forces increase by 50 to 60 %, compared to materials obtained from pure high density polyethylene modified by radiation. |
