Invention aims to detect early alterations in molecular level in bone tissue and possible more effective treatment. Method provides measuring X-rays absorption changes when additionally to ordinary X-rays investigation electromagnetic monochromatic rays in visible diapason are applied to the bone area under investigation. Wave length of electromagnetic monochromatic rays is chosen between 625 and 670 nanometer, power of radiation is 50-300 mVatt. Changes in absorption level of X-rays under additional electromagnetic radiation present evidence of existence of abnormal bone structure.
