Zusammenfassung:Invention (fig.1) applies to electrotechnics and can be used for starting-up, breaking and regulating electric drives. The purpose is to increase the range of regulation.Engine stator contains two toothed batches 3 and 16, as well as a generator batch 5, each of them respectively containing polyphase windings 4, 17, 6. On the driven shaft 7, a massive inner inductor 8 has been fixed. Nonmagnetic middle part 10 of the inductor 9 contains teeth, the number of which in batches 3 and 5 is different. Rotor batch 18 a with short circuit winding 19, which is fixed on the driven shaft 7 is directed towards batch 16 with polyphase winding 17.By connecting winding 4 to the supply voltage, inductor 9 starts rotating, but upon connection of winding 15 to the generator winding 6, which is connected with winding 17, EMF is induced. This causes the turning moment of the electromagnetic origin to the driven shaft 7, and provides the possibility to change the regulation range.
