Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention refers to biotechnology and specifically to multiplying producer cultivation material. Goal - to shorten cellule enchaining time for the carrier and to decrease the necessary cultivation material volume by 3-5 times. The base of the method is pure culture producer cellule enchaining with weak chain to carrier with marked porosity. It can be reached by contacting the carrier with a cellular concentrate, for example, centrifuging biomass together with the carrier, filling the pores with biomass by pressure, pressing it to the carrier's inner surface. Fixation of cellules to the surface is made by drying or, to the best advantage - by lyophylization. Where needed, cellules fixed more firmly to the carrier's surface can be reached by modification of the carrier's surface at first, for example, in the case of a stainless steel wire network, oxidizing (burning) or treating chemically with TiCl4 or gamma-aminoprophyltrietoxisilane.Mainly, fermentation use carrier with producer's pure culture fixed to surface, during which in pores existing free cellules mass easily diffuses within the fermentation environment and realizes according fermentation process, but enchained to carriers surface cellules multiplying fills again pores with cultivation material for the next cycle.
