Zusammenfassung:	Cholesterol esters are extracted from erythrocytes with help of dichlorethan and isopropyl spirit, which is followed by thin layer chromatography on silica-gel, treating chromatoplates with 0.5% sulphuric acid solution in a isopropyl spirit, preparing cholesterol ester specimen in a concentrated sulphuric acid for further spectrofluometric determining the cholesterol ester content. Concentration of cholesterol esters is determined, if it is0.005 mg/ml or more.
