The preparation process is that the filling carrier is added to the anti-segregation component and the retarding component solution, after stirring evenly, the suspension stabilizer of concrete waste slurry is obtained by spray drying. The suspension stabilizer material of concrete waste slurry provided by the invention realizes the homogenization and fixation of the concrete waste slurry component, and it can maintain the suspension stable state for a long time, and solves the problem that the waste slurry cannot be directly used for concrete preparation.
