Zusammenfassung:A method and a system for calculating a flow rate of a single-cutter reclaiming of a bucket wheel machine are provided according to the present application. The present application includes: performing grid division on a coal yard; determining coordinates of a laser scanner in a coal yard coordinate system through traveling and posture adjustment of the bucket wheel machine; scanning an entire coal yard by the laser scanner equipped on the bucket wheel machine; constructing triangulated network based on scanning data scanned by the laser scanner and preset points of the coal yard after the grid division, and assigning height values to all preset points in the triangulated network constructed coal yard; calculating a volume of each of triangular prisms formed by assigning a height value to each of preset triangles of the coal yard, to obtain a total volume of fuel stacks of the coal yard, and obtain coal storage information about the coal yard; obtaining three-dimensional coordinates of a feature point on the bucket wheel machine in the coal yard, traversing whether the preset point in the coal yard is inside the newly constructed triangle; and updating a coal stack model after the single-cutter reclaiming is completed, where a volume difference between a new model and an old model is a total amount of coal generated by the single-cutter reclaiming. The flow rate of the bucket wheel in a single-stroke reclaiming is calculated in real time through a reclaiming trajectory of the bucket wheel, which provides an effective technical means for precise coal blending.
