INTEGRATED APPARATUS FOR PAVING DECK SLABS AND ERECTING GIRDERS AND METHOD OF ERECTING GIRDERS

The present disclosure provides an integrated apparatus for paving deck slabs and erecting girders and a method of erecting girders. The integrated apparatus for paving deck slabs and erecting girders comprises a metal structural frame comprising a front frame, a middle frame, and a rear frame, the front frame being provided with a movable luffing and traversing structure, a lower end of which is connected to a spreader assembly; the middle frame being provided with a lifting structure which is connected to the spreader assembly through a steel wire rope; a deck slab paving structure for lifting and paving deck slabs being provided above the rear frame; and a lower end of the middle frame being provided with a lengthways moving and anchoring structure capable of pushing the metal structural frame forward or backward on a bridge deck. The present disclosure has the following advantageous effects: (1) the lifting of segmental steel girders and the pavement of concrete bridge deck slabs can be simultaneously performed; and (2) the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the construction equipment is reduced, and the cost of girder erection is saved.
