Zusammenfassung: | A method for measuring the area of defects in the exterior wall cladding layer based on infrared thermography technology This invention discloses a method for measuring the area of defects in the exterior wall cladding layer based on infrared thermography technology. It utilizes a drone equipped with an infrared thermal imager to capture aerial images of the exterior wall. The captured single infrared thermal image is then stitched into a three-dimensional model of the entire wall facade using "DJI Terra", an intelligent map software, and the area of the defect region is calculated. Infrared thermography technology utilizes the infrared radiation emitted from the surface of an object to display "cold spots" or "hot spots". This allows the defect areas to be clearly distinguished from the surrounding areas, making the judgment of defect areas more intuitive and reducing subjective interpretation to some extent. This method is non-contact, which can reduce disturbances to the cladding layer outside the defect area, thereby preventing the further development of defects in the exterior wall. |
