Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a dandelion powder containing Sanghuang culture medium and a culture method of same. The dandelion powder containing Sanghuang culture medium is a culture medium containing dandelion powder. Further, the culture medium is a PDA enriched medium or a PDB enriched medium. A culture method of a dandelion powder containing Sanghuang culture medium includes the steps of S1: preparing a culture medium on a base added with dandelion powder, and refrigerating it after high pressure sterilization; S2: choosing a well-growing bacterial strain of Sanghuang and putting it into a shake flask with the culture medium; and S3: culturing it at 25°C at 160 rpm in a dark place for 15 days. The present invention has the following the beneficial effects. The addition of dandelion powder in the medium can raise the mycelial biomass of Sanghuang.
