Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a semiconductor cooling air pumping device, which comprises a photovoltaic power generation system, an air collection and drainage integrated U-shaped tube and a semiconductor refrigeration module; the air collection and drainage integrated U-shaped tube comprises two longitudinal pipe parts and a horizontal pipe part; the longitudinal pipe at one end is an air inlet pipe, and the nozzle is connected with an air inlet barrel; the longitudinal pipe at the other end is an air outlet pipe; the horizontal pipe part is a ventilation pipe, and the bottom end of the horizontal pipe part is connected with a water outlet pipe; the semiconductor refrigeration module is connected to the air collection and drainage integrated U-shaped tube for cooling the air in the air collection and drainage integrated U-shaped tube; the semiconductor refrigeration module is powered by a photovoltaic power generation system.
