Zusammenfassung:	This invention discloses an anthocyanin extraction device and extraction method from mangosteen shells, falling within the field of anthocyanin extraction technology. It comprises a filtration box with a water pump positioned at the bottom inside. At the top of the water pump is a diversion pipe, while the internal top of the filtration box contains a diversion plate. In the middle-upper section of the diversion plate is a compression filtration component, with an installation board located inside its bottom end. The installation board houses a semi-permeable membrane filtration tube. Corresponding to the installation board within the diversion plate is a vibrating filtration component. The upper end of the vibrating filtration component has a flip cover, and the upper surface of the filtration box features a crushing box.
