Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a temperature monitoring method for pipeline heat treatment based on distributed optical fiber, which relates to the field of temperature monitoring. The method involves utilizing optical fiber temperature sensors to acquire temperature information from the workpiece, transmitting the workpiece temperature information to the heat treatment mainframe, formulating a heat treatment temperature cycle curve, establishing an abnormal temperature rise feature database, creating an over-limit fault warning and over-limit delayed shutdown function within the heat treatment machine. The present invention upgrades from single-point temperature measurement to comprehensive coverage and temperature field measurement, covering a broad measurement range, preventing omissions, eliminating monitoring blind spots, and timely identifying areas with underheating or overheating, a basis for more effective response and processing, significantly improves the accuracy of temperature control in workpiece regions. Through records data throughout the entire process, including temperature fields, actual temperature curves, cable voltage, current parameters, and various operations. It intelligently compares and identifies abnormalities. This enables remote monitoring of heat treatment status, centralized management, fault tracing, and emergency termination.
