Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of alkaloid purification and extraction, in particular to a method for pre-treating and purifying alkaloids in Fritillaria with macroporous adsorption resin, comprising: baking Fritillaria, and pulverizing to obtain Fritillaria powder; adding the Fritillaria powder into an ethanol aqueous solution, refluxing and extracting, and evaporating the obtained filtrate to obtain an extract; dissolving the extract in hydrochloric acid aqueous solution to obtain a mixed solution; adjusting the pH of the mixed solution to be alkaline to obtain a sample solution; soaking macroporous adsorption resin in ethanol aqueous solution, filling the column with wet method, cleaning and removing bubbles; the sample liquid flows through the macroporous adsorption resin, then the distilled water flows through the macroporous adsorption resin, and then the ethanol aqueous solution flows through the macroporous adsorption resin to obtain an eluent; concentrating the eluent and drying to obtain total alkaloids; the diameter-height ratio of macroporous adsorption resin is 1:9. The invention has reasonable process steps, higher safety and is more conducive to industrial production.
