Zusammenfassung:	The present application relates to the technical field of petition management. the reliability of petitioner information may be effectively improved by using a public security networking unit to further check information that is entered by a petitioner, improve the authenticity of petition letters. For cases in which the petition letters exceed processing deadlines but are not processed, reminder text messages are automatically generated, such that reminder efficiency of unprocessed cases is improved. Early-warning reminders of different levels are performed according to the importance of a Level-I case, a Level-II case and a Level-III case, such that the strength of the reminders is greatly enhanced, working efficiency is also improved, and the process of supervision is accelerated. Statements with the highest similarity obtained after repeated processing are marked as a target extraction word set, workers perform case supervision and searching more quickly and convenient, thereby improving the efficiency of searching.
