Zusammenfassung:A device and a method for quickly determining an internal leakage of a pipeline valve by using an infrared sensor are provided according to the present application. The device includes a valve. A monitoring tube is provided on a water outlet side of the valve, and a sealing cylindrical sleeve is fixedly connected with a top end of a tube wall of the monitoring tube by insertion, and a sealing cover is connected to the top end of the tube wall of the monitoring tube. A cylindrical cover is connected to a top end of the sealing cylindrical sleeve, and an infrared distance sensor is fixedly connected to an upper inner side wall of the cylindrical cover. An elastic pressing mechanism installed on an inner wall of the sealing cylindrical sleeve is provided at a bottom end of the infrared distance sensor. A cylindrical block is connected to an executing end of the elastic pressing mechanism, and a piston pad is provided at a bottom end of the cylindrical block, and the piston pad is slidably connected to the inner wall of the sealing cylindrical sleeve. According to the present application, an internal leakage of the valve can be monitored continuously on line in real time, with good monitoring effect and high monitoring precision, which is convenient for people to accurately determine the internal leakage of the valve, and is convenient for use.
