Zusammenfassung: | A calculation method for thermodynamic characteristics of packings in a wet cooling tower includes the following steps: perform thermal analysis by environmental meteorological parameters, air outlet parameters, operating parameters and a thermodynamic characteristic equation for the packings; obtain a thermodynamic coefficient, a thermodynamic index and a thermodynamic characteristic equation of the packings in calm conditions based on the relationship between cooling ratio and air-water ratio, take the thermodynamic coefficient, the thermal index and the thermodynamic characteristic equation calculated for the first time in calm conditions as initial conditions, solve a thermal attenuation factor according to the measured calm conditions of the cooling tower, and finally display the thermodynamic attenuation factor on a curve graph. The calculation method can not only accurately calculate the thermodynamic characteristics of the packings in the cooling tower, but also realize the real-time monitoring and prediction of the thermodynamic characteristics of the packings. |
