Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides an Al-Si alloy-based composite material and a preparation method and application thereof, falling in the technical field of Si-Al-based composite materials. The Al-Si alloy-based composite material includes the following raw materials in ratio by weight: Si: 50%-90%; Al: 10%-50%; Cu: 0.08%-0.24%; Mg: 0.68%-0.89%; Mn: 0.44%-0.56%; Zn: 0.22%-0.38%; Pb: 0.28%-0.38%; and Ni 0.08%-0.16%, a sum of mass percentages being 100% during proportioning. The penetration of a grain refiner into a grain boundary is accelerated and the grain refiner is uniformly distributed throughout an entire structure by adding the grain refiner to an Al-Si alloy melt and simultaneously treating the melt by an ultrasonic instrument. |
