Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a sewage detection and discharge system, comprising a leachate tank body communicated with a leachate drainage pipe, a slagging mechanism arranged at a sludge discharge trough at the bottom of the leachate tank body, a dredging mechanism arranged at an outlet in the middle of the leachate tank body, a sewage tank communicated with a water outlet end of the dredging mechanism and a detection device arranged in the sewage tank. The detection device comprises a telescopic measuring mechanism erected above the sewage tank, a first ultrasonic meter coaxially arranged at the upper end of the telescopic measuring mechanism, and a lifting mechanism for driving the telescopic measuring mechanism to expand and contract in the vertical direction.
