GROUTING DEVICE FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION

The present disclosure discloses a grouting device for road construction, comprising a base, a frame body, and a slurry barrel supported at the top of the frame body, wherein a lower part of the slurry barrel is connected to a vertical cylinder is connected; the grouting device further includes a driving structure; the driving structure the driving structure drives, by means of a motor, stirring blades inside the slurry barrel to rotate; and the driving structure includes a leading screw extending along a vertical direction, and the leading screw is movably connected with the downward-pressing frame; the driving structure drives the leading screw to rotate by means of the motor, so as to drive an axial movement of the downward-pressing frame along the leading screw; and the downward-pressing frame can touch the ground so as to maintain a position of the grouting pipe head. The grouting device of the present disclosure synchronously drives, by means of a driving structure, rotation of the leading screw and that of the linkage axis inside the vertical cylinder, and the linkage axis synchronously links movement of the stirring blades inside the slurry barrel and that of the screw conveyorinside the vertical cylinder so as to realize slurry stirring and slurry extrusion, thereby effectively avoiding solidification of the slurry inside the slurry barrel and facilitating extrusion of the slurry; and synchronous operation of stirring and extrusion can be realized by only one set of driving structure, and the structure is thus simplified.
