INTELLIGENT EARLY-WARNING DEVICE USED IN COMPLEX PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT

An intelligent early-warning device used in a complex production environment is provided. The intelligent early-warning device includes a control host and a wireless base station. The control host is wirelessly connected to the wireless base station via a router. The control host is wirelessly connected to multiple thermal power generators, the control host is wirelessly connected to a wireless controller, and the control host is wirelessly connected to a wireless terminal and a general management center through the wireless base station. The control host is provided with a microprocessor, a power supply module, an operation module, an I/O isolator and an alarm. For each of the thermal power generators, a parameter including a weighing sensor signal, a calibration probe state, and a control power supply state is recorded in a DCS as historical data. The power supply module is electrically connected to the microprocessor. The microprocessor is electrically connected to the operation module, the I/O isolator and the alarm. With the intelligent early-warning device, unmanned intelligent control and intelligent early warning are performed, saving manpower and ensuring high safety, stability and reliability of the coal feeding system and the coal feeding device.
