Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a production technology process of native virgin high-oleic peanut oil, and belongs to the field of peanut oil extraction. The production technology process of the native virgin high-oleic peanut oil comprises the following steps: S1, raw material selection; S2, magnetic separation; S3, raw material cleaning: removing mildew and deteriorated peanuts by ultraviolet irradiation and color sorting, selecting a high-quality peanut raw material, reducing aflatoxin in the peanut raw material, improving the quality of the peanut oil, and adopting a technology of removing the aflatoxin from the peanut kernels by ozone and ultraviolet irradiation, so that aflatoxin B1 in the peanut oil is further reduced to 0.1 μg/kg or less, and the high-grade quality of the peanut oil is achieved.
