INTELLIGENT EARLY WARNING SYSTEM FOR TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION

Disclosed is an intelligent early warning system for tunnel construction. The intelligent early warning system includes a real-time monitoring unit and a dust removal system, where the real-time monitoring unit includes a central processing unit, a stress monitoring module, a flying dust monitoring module, a circuit monitoring module, a drainage system monitoring module, a wireless signal sending module and a threshold setting module. According to the system, a signal analysis module analyzes early warning information to determine whether an early warning signal is of a high-risk type or a low-risk type, no alarm needs to sound in the case of a low-risk type, such that the phenomenon that workers get panicked, collide and even fall down when hearing alarm sounds is avoided, and a timer is configured to record dust removal duration, such that a worker can detect a working condition of the dust removal system conveniently.
