A METHOD FOR EVALUATING THE STORAGE QUALITY OF DSC BASED ON IKNIFE EVAPORATIVE IONIZATION MASS SPECTROMETRY

The present invention discloses a method for evaluating the storage quality of DSC based on iKnife evaporative ionization mass spectrometry, comprising the following steps: a hand-held electrosurgical monopolar cutting knife is used in combination with a REIMS interface and a qudropole time-of-flight mass spectrometry, and the hand-held electrosurgical monopolar cutting knife is used to cut the DSC sample to be tested, the resulting aerosol is sucked into the quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer through a polytetrafluoroethylene tube and a pneumatic venturi pump filled with 2bar nitrogen gas, the aerosol comes into collision with the heated helical coil in the collision/reaction cell of the quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer to destroy the solvent ion clusters and release gas-phase ions; 0.2 ng L1 of leucine-enkephalin in 2-propanol is injected by a syringe pump into the REIMS interface through a stainless steel capillary to collect raw MS data, mass spectrometry analysis and multivariate statistical analysis are carried out in order, thus to judge the storage quality of DSC according to the analysis results. The present invention has the advantages that it can effectively improve the evaluation accuracy of DSC storage quality and effectively shorten the evaluation time.
