Zusammenfassung: | The disclosure belongs to the technical field of mechanical cutting tool manufacturing, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a bionic crack self-healing coated cutting tool. A self-healing system and a self-healing mechanism similar to an organism are introduced into a tool coating material system, so that a coating material has the functions of sensation and perception during workpiece machining, a coating component system with crack self-healing performance is established, the tool can properly respond to change of its surface environment automatically and perform self-repairing, that is, when cracks or damage exists in the tool material, a self-healing effect can be triggered, and the existing cracks or damage is self- repaired and healed to a certain degree. The disclosure can be applied to tool materials such as ceramic and cemented carbide, and the prepared bionic crack self-healing coated cutting tool has a small friction coefficient, high wear resistance and a good crack self-healing function, and can be widely applied to dry cutting of difficult-to-machine materials. |
