Zusammenfassung: | Described is a double emission ratio type pH fluorescent probe based on amboceptor fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET). Semiconductor polymer quantum dots (Pdots-PPF) are prepared by taking poly(9, 9-dioctylfluorene) (PFO) as a donor, taking 9, 9-dioctylfluorenyl-2, 7-diyl-1, 4-benzo-(2, 1, 3)-thiadiazole copolymer (PFBT) and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) as acceptors, and taking polystyrene maleic anhydride (PSMA) as a cross-linking agent of the donor and the acceptors by a nano-coprecipitation method. The double emission ratio type pH fluorescent probe provided by the present invention has good linearity at pH 3.0-8.0, has good reversibility, photostability and selectivity, and can be taken as a pH sensor for biological analysis, cell imaging, organelle targeting and drug delivery and release. |
